Dr. Edwin Jones
Dr. Apostle Edwin L. Jones, Sr. is an ordained preacher and has earned two doctoral degrees, Doctor of Ministry and a Ph.D. from the Andersonville Baptist Theological Seminary and is an Executive Certified Human Behavior Consultant. He was consecrated on August 9, 2014 under the Faith Fellowship Ministries International as an Apostle.
Pastor Jones has honorable discharges from both the United States Marine Corps and the California Army National Guard and former President of Faith Christian University and Schools. Pastor Jones has served as a missionary throughout East and South Africa.
Pastor Jones is a resident of Ward 4, serves as the Pastor of Living Faith Baptist Church and International Ministries. Pastor Jones serves as Secretary, Board of Directors Unity Health Care, he is a key Community Wards 7 and 8 Prevention Center (alcohol and drug abuse) and Ward 7 Health Alliance community member. Pastor Jones works with the United States Department of Justice and the United States Attorney General Office (DC) in the area of violence prevention.
On October 23, 2014 the Washington Informer Charities, Inc. named Pastor Jones as one of Washington’s 50 Influencers for his work in the African American community for his unique role for educating, informing and inspiring countless others.
