D.C. police stop African-Americans at a disproportionately high rate, ACLU report reveals
WASHINGTON (ABC7) — An ACLU report on Stop and Frisk in DC shows in every category blacks are overrepresented. 72% of those stopped by police, when they are 46% of DC’s population. The report says a black youth is 10 times more likely to be stopped by police than white youth. Source: wjla.com
